Easter

Easter this year was wonderful!!! We are finally all moved into our new house! Actually, we still have a few things in the garage, but we are making serious progress! For Easter Gage received a little plastic wheel barrell from the Easter Bunny that had Winnie the Pooh malt balls, Elmo boxed juices, little pig marshmallow treats, a singing chick with bunny ears on, and a carrot shaped bat with ball. I am so bummed though because my video camera was packed somewhere and after an hour of looking through boxes in the garage I had no luck in finding it! And, Gage was SO cute! When he saw the little gift the bunny brought he started panting and running towards it! It was so much fun. Luckily our camera has a video setting, it just isn't as great as my very nice video camera - oh well. Anyway, after Gage saw his Easter, we made lunch and then went to church. After we came home from church, we all took little naps, and went to Grandma Toni's for Easter Dinner and an Egg Hunt. Cody and I thought Gage was probably too little to start him on the egg hunts, but to our suprise he LOVED IT! Here are some pictures of him finding eggs and running with them...

I, too, enjoyed the hunt ...

The Easter Bunny even brought gifts over to Grandma Toni's for Gage, Cody and I. Gage got the giggle and go garage....very cute!

And we got a basket of treats with a cute bunny decoration. Even Cody was having fun...

The best part of Easter was that we were close enough that it didn't take long to go visit family and we even slept at home. It has been so nice to be closer. My commute has definately been much much better. I even saw a deer the other morning on my way to work. Now I am extra careful so that I don't hit one. Oh and what we love most about our new house is the sweet jetted tub! If you can't afford a hot tub, I seriously suggest getting a jetted tub! I swear our water bill is going to go WAY up because both Cody and I love it! If you make the water hot enough, it really feels like a hot tub. It's wonderful! We have the best family and friends who have spend much of their free time helping us move and put the house together. We really really appreciate it! I don't think we will ever move again.

Love ya'll !

I love the pics of Gage with the Easter eggs, he is so stinkin cute! I am glad you guys had a nice Easter after your hectic moving, I feel like jerks that we didn't help more, so I am sorry! I am glad that you are enjoying your new place and your new commute! :-) Take care!
